§ 1 Scope of contract 

The following conditions regulate the contractual relationship between the MJ Products LLC and the respective buyer in the O-Ring Shop on the Internet.


§ 2 Subject of contract

The subject of the respective contract is the sale of goods by the seller to the buyer in the O-Ring Shop. The products listed in the online shop are binding offers by the seller to conclude a contract between the seller and the buyer.


§ 3 Conclusion of contract, contract language

The buyer can purchase goods offered in the seller's online shop. A purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and seller when the buyer purchases one or more items and confirms the ordering process. After the contract has been concluded, the seller sends the buyer an order confirmation. The contract language is English.


§ 4 Disclaimer of warranty, liability

All goods listed in our online shop are sold "as is". We explicitly disclaim any implied or expressed warranty. 

Installation and use of our products is at your own risk. We do not assume liability for any damage caused directly or indirectly from the installation or use of our products. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.

By ordering goods in our online shop, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.


§ 5 Product availability, delivery times

We do not assume any liability for the accuracy of the displayed available quantities or the estimated delivery time of items offered in the O-Ring Shop. In certain cases we may have to reorder individual items and the delivery time of the entire order may therefore be increased.


§ 6 Privacy Policy

We created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy to our customers and users of this website. This privacy policy governs the manner in which the MJ Products LLC uses, maintains and discloses information collected from its customers and users of its website. This website is not directed at children under 13 years of age.


I. Information we collect and how we use it

a) When visiting the website

Generally you can use our website without disclosing your identity. When you access our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

- date and time of access,

- name and URL of the retrieved file,

- Website from which access is made (referrer URL),

- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.


The data mentioned will be processed by us for the following purposes:

- for further administrative purposes.


Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you personally. We also use cookies when you visit our website. Further explanations can be found in section 5 of this data protection declaration.


b) When using our contact form

If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on our website. It is necessary to provide a valid email address so that we know who the request came from and in order to be able to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. It is up to you to decide whether you would like to enter this data into the contact form.

The personal data we collect when using the contact form will be automatically deleted after the request you have submitted has been completed.


c) When ordering via our website

You can either place orders on our website as a guest without registering, or register as a customer in our shop for future orders. Registering has the advantage that, in the event of a future order, you can log in to our store directly with your email address and password without having to re-enter your contact details.

Your personal data will be entered into an input mask and transmitted to us and stored. If you place an order via our website, we first collect the following data, both in the case of a guest order and in the case of registration in the shop:

- Salutation, first name, last name,

- a valid email address,

- billing and shipping address,

- phone number (landline and/or mobile phone)


This data is collected

- to be able to identify you as our customer,

- to process, fulfill and process your order,

- for invoicing,
